The app may process receipt and odometer photos, extracted text, and manually entered fuel values. On this website, we process data you submit by email or through the early-access waitlist form.

2. App Data Storage

Fuel logs are stored locally on your device in the current app architecture. Backup and collaboration features may use iCloud services when enabled by the user.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses OCR and AI extraction workflows and may rely on third-party processing providers for extraction quality. The website is hosted on Vercel, and early-access signup may use Google Forms when enabled.

4. Your Choices

• You can review and correct extracted values before saving entries.
