Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Click2Track handles data for the current iOS app and this marketing site.

1. Data You Provide

The app uses receipt and odometer photos plus manually entered fuel values to create fuel entries. With text-only processing, OCR runs on your device and only the extracted text—not the photos—is sent to the processing service. If you choose image processing, the selected photos are sent to the processing service for extraction. On this website, we process data you submit by email or through the preorder update form.

2. App Data Storage

Fuel logs and extracted values are stored locally on your device. Photos stay on-device when you choose text-only processing.

3. Diagnostics and Website Services

The app uses limited product events, crash reports, and performance diagnostics to improve reliability. It does not automatically capture screen views, element interactions, session replay, screenshots, or default personal information. Diagnostic records can include an anonymous install ID, app and build version, device model, operating system version, and error or performance context. The website is hosted on Vercel, and preorder update emails are stored with Resend.

4. Your Choices

• You can choose text-only processing to keep photos on-device, or image processing to send selected photos for extraction.
• You can review and correct extracted values before saving entries.
• You can request support or ask privacy questions by email.
• You can use the app with native Dark Mode, Dynamic Text, VoiceOver, and supported locales.
